Linden Estate ‘Blanc de Noir’ Rosé 2023 : 4 stars
A coral salmon colour. On the delicate nose you have citrus fruits, watermelon and strawberry notes plus a subtle hint of white pepper. The palate is light and dynamic celebrating those citrus flavours of fleshy squeezed lemons, along with green apple skins and a good splash of acidity carrying through to produce an explosive dismount on the finish.
Food Pairing Suggestions:
Ceviche *(lemon cured seafood), sushi & sashimi, grilled prawns, scallops, steamed mussels, salmon, red-pepper and tomato kebabs, simple vegetations cuisine and chilled slices of watermelon on a hot summer’s day.
