Linden Estate Chardonnay 2023 : 4 stars

On the nose you have melon, peaches, popcorn, apples and a note of vanilla. The light-to-medium weight palate has a vibrant nature due to a good amount of fruit acidity. The dynamic mid-palate showcases those melon and apple flavours, along with mandarin juice and a good splash of acidity, plus a subtle oak nuance, resulting in a classic dry finish.

Food Pairing Suggestions:

Slow roast or grilled chicken, pork cutlets with apple sauce, pumpkin gnocchi with a mild cream sauce, plus mixed vegetarian cuisine and a range of young, creamy cheeses.
