This 2023 Chardonnay has a golden straw colour with shining hue. On the nose you have aromas of apples, white peaches, plus a hint of ginger and blanched almonds. On the light-to-medium palate you a casual style wine that has a relaxed structure presenting those regional apple flavours, along with a splash of peach, citrus and ginger. The wine is easy on the tastebuds and has a simple and appealing personality that signs off with a classic dry finish.
Food Pairing: An ideal wine with battered fish-n-chips, chicken pizza, pasta and a classic Caesar salad.
Ideal Serving Temperature: 8°- 9°C
